With over nine years of experience as a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and seven years of consulting across Long Island school districts, Nicolette founded Behavior Empowerment Consultation to support and strengthen educational communities through compassionate, evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Her work bridges the gap between home and school — partnering directly with parents on behavior strategies, social and emotional skill-building, and daily routines, while also collaborating with educators and school teams to build inclusive, effective learning environments.

Nicolette believes that every learner deserves a path designed for how they actually learn, and that real change happens when families and schools work in alignment. Her approach is practical, research-grounded, and centered on long-term independence — helping children build confidence, autonomy, and the skills they need to thrive.
